We were honored to have welcomed Ms.Kiki Song, one of the Guest Designers of DA Link Kuala Lumpur 2024 & 2025, to host a session on the concept of DA Link.

As the owner of ACOE Hair Salon, Ms.Kiki has been deeply rooted in salon management and education, sharing her strong sense of style aesthetics and empathetic communication skills with her team. With years of hands-on salon experience, she has cultivated a unique ability to uncover clients’ unspoken desires and deliver beauty that goes beyond expectations.

During her session, participants explored how to draw from both personal and professional experiences to gain a deeper understanding of their core positioning as stylists, a journey of refining identity, creativity, and customer connection.

Ms.Kiki also highlighted the importance of bridging online platforms with offline customer needs, underscoring how both are essential to creating a holistic salon experience. These insights proved especially valuable for DA Link participants, guiding them to prepare creations that are not only technically strong but also an authentic reflection of their individuality and vision.
